From now until July 8th, check out the Karma event that is going on! All karma giving monsters are now giving twice as much Karma as normal. Fragments of Blood Stone and Fragments of Soul Stone drop rates have been doubled and now can be found dropping from rabbits and deer around Aden. Check out the forums for more information! Experience earnings have been doubled all week and polymorphs unlocked! Now is the time to log in to Lineage and level up. This event will run until Wednesday the 3rd so don't miss out!

I'm sure you all are wondering where the new content is and when the stat renewal update is coming. We have seen several delays while working on the latest update which have set us back a few months now. Our operations team has been working around the clock on updates for all of our NCsoft products and they continue to be incredibly busy. The good news is that we are bringing on a dedicated Lineage operations team member from Korea who is experienced in working with content updates for the game.

What does this mean for Lineage? It is going to take us some more time before we will be able to bring this update to you. In the short term, we are going to move forward with the events that we have been planning and these will now be happening before the content update. We have begun work on the Karma event and are about to start planning for the next Boss Island event. We are planning both of these events for the summer months and will let you know as soon as we can what dates these will occur.

Our NCsoft Account Management website is currently experiencing severe loading time issues that are a direct result of our account-management and billing servers being overloaded. While you should be able to access your NCsoft account information from our home page, http://us.ncsoft.com, it may take several minutes for each page to load.

We are working quickly to resolve this issue to handle the extra site traffic with new server hardware for our account management and billing sites. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and hope to have this resolved very soon.
